Welcome to Noble Keepsakes LLC! Please read this Terms of Service Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services provided by Noble Keepsakes LLC, you acknowledge that you have read this Terms of Service Policy, understand and agree to the Terms described.

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website and local in-person sales.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted.

We sell journals and related products. Each item is described as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. Images of items may appear larger or smaller than they actually are. Check dimensions to confirm sizes. Custom or personalized journals are final sale and cannot be returned. 
Custom or personalized journals may take at least double the normal processing time (up to but not limited to 30 days), as it takes time to gather specific materials for the project.

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payments through all payment methods provided by Shopify that are available on our website, through the point of sale app, or cash in person, processed through the point of sale app. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. 

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after the completion of the project. 

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or package/product damage caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

For in-person transactions, payment is due at the time of purchase. Local purchases are subject to the same return policy as online orders unless otherwise stated. See our return policy for more details. Refunds are only available under the conditions stated in that policy.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
