Here is our return and refund policy. Make sure to read the entire policy carefully before or while purchasing any items from the store as details are subject to change over time. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Changes to this policy take effect the moment the updated policy is posted. By using and accessing any of the services provided by Noble Keepsakes LLC, you acknowledge that you have read this return and refund policy and understand its terms as described.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (or purchase date for in-person sales).
Journals must be unused, in their original condition, and free from writing, marks, or damage.
Customized or personalized journals are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, in which case, we are not responsible for a replacement. See our shipping policy for more details about damages caused by carriers.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email (or in person) about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
If you would like to return the item and get another replacement item at a discount, contact us directly and we can discuss arrangements. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve the problem quickly.
For shipped orders: Please contact us at [noblekeepsakes@outlook.com] before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions. A 5% restock fee will be charged for the time it takes to process returns, except point of sale purchases.
For in person orders, contact that same e-mail and we will arrange an appointment for the return with a receipt that was provided to you at the date of purchase.
